Planning should be a conversation
everyone can be part of.
What is a comprehensive plan?+
A comprehensive plan is a long-range framework that helps a city connect community priorities with decisions about future growth, development and infrastructure.
Is this the final plan?+
No. The City describes the October 27 town hall as a review of an approximately 75%-complete plan. This website does not present the plan as adopted or its recommendations as approved projects.
How can I share my perspective?+
Attend Town Hall No. 2 on October 27, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Central at Grandview City Hall. A presentation will be followed by an open house and discussion. See the official meeting notice for current information. You can also contact the City about participation.
Where can I find the plan materials?+
Visit the Documents page for the embedded preliminary findings report and download. A final-plan download is not yet available here.
Does the plan change my zoning?+
A comprehensive plan and future land use map guide long-range decisions. They do not themselves change zoning or approve a development. Read the City’s planning fact files ↗ for more context.
Does this website collect my feedback?+
No. This website does not include a feedback submission form. The calendar download works on your device. External resource websites have their own privacy practices.
